I am 45, and just got a minivan this summer. Swore I’d never drive one, but hey, it’s NICE. I got leather seats, sunroof, xm stereo, and the dvd player. I told DH it would have to be loaded, or I’d have to pierce a nipple or something to offset the mom-wagon karma!

After swearing in my deluded days I would never own a minivan, I now secretly want one. I’ve decided it’s not what you drive, but how you drive it, and I can be swank even in a minivan. So, I’m totally jealous. It’s a secret though, shhhhhh.

Wow – i can’t believe you did it. lol. I also swore it would never happen. We have 3 boys now and unless we can afford a hybrid Tahoe, i fear every day that we are drawing nearer and nearer to minivan-dom. Congrats on the new ride though! Paint some flames on it or something!
